Materials and technology
The base is a thick cardboard of 1.8-2 mm with a white back. The front surface is a glossy or matte coating for sublimation. Die—cutting of puzzles - with a special stamp with clear elements, precise fit. The puzzles are assembled tightly, without cracks.
Packing the puzzle
The finished puzzle is packed in a cardboard box with the same image printed on the lid. The size of the box corresponds to the puzzle format. Inside there are assembly instructions and a backing for a convenient start.
Deadlines and minimum circulation
The minimum order is 1 puzzle (ideal for a gift). The production time is 2-3 working days. For editions of 50+ pieces — 5-7 days. Urgent order is possible for an additional fee.
Layout requirements
For high—quality photo printing, you need an initial photo with a resolution of at least 300 dpi at the final size (for A3 - from 3600×2500 px). JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD formats. The RGB color model is preferable for photography.
