The sublimation printing method can be used to create full-color aluminum plates. This method allows you to apply images to the surface of aluminum using special inks that, when exposed to high temperatures, turn into gas and penetrate the structure of the material. After cooling, the image is fixed on the aluminum surface and a bright and saturated image is formed.
Aluminum sublimation printing has a number of advantages, such as the ability to create high-quality images with high detail and deep colors, resistance to external factors, durability, and the ability to apply images to large formats. However, special equipment and materials must be used to produce plates using this method, which may affect the cost of the product. In addition, when manufacturing such plates, certain technological requirements must be observed in order for the product to be of high quality and durable.
