What is the benefit of a risography
Replication on a risograph – one of the cheap ways to obtain blank products and other similar products. The principle of operation of the equipment is similar to photocopying, but the result is much higher in quality and speed of reproduction. The technology is based on a matrix made using a laser beam. This ensures the accuracy and clarity of transferring any images to paper media.
- Advantages replications on the risograph:cheapness;
- high print speed (up to 150 copies per minute);
- clear image;
- lack of marriage;
- production of products in various formats (from A7 to A3).
You can order from us printing of leaflets on a risograph using any 3 colors from the suggested ones: red, blue, black, green. We will prepare any number of copies of one-sided or two-sided forms. We use special equipment for cutting and creasing, as a result of which the products acquire an ideal geometry.
Materials used
When producing sheet products using a risograph, certain requirements are imposed on layouts, which must be taken into account during layout and design development. Paper with a density from 49 to 160 g/m2 of the following types is chosen as the basis for letterheads, leaflets, and advertisements:
- for digital printing;
- offset matte for VHI;
- the newspaper;
- writing;
- colored matte.
Mixing shades and contrasting transition from one color to another is unacceptable for this type of printing, therefore, the production of sheet products on a digital duplicator is radically different from printing on a conventional printer or copier. In risography, the method of stenciling ink on paper is used, therefore, special attention is paid to the production of the matrix.
To order the printing of blank products on an A3 risograph, A4 and you can have less than 100 pieces. The cost of the batch depends on the volume, the complexity of the manufacture, the material used and starts from 3 kopecks/piece.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORIGINAL RISOGRAPHY LAYOUTS PROVIDED
- — The distance from the edge of the sheet to any image or text should be at least 10 mm on each side of the sheet.
- — The distance from important images (text, drawing, logo) to the place of the subsequent incision should be at least 5 mm (if we are cutting).
- — When printing in multiple colors, each color must be printed in black and be on a separate sheet. The color must be signed on the back of the sheet.
- — It is unacceptable to "mix" colors, i.e. superimposing one on another, as well as using precise alignment (two-color checkerboard, etc.).
- — It is unacceptable to make, for example, a blue outline around red letters, because it is impossible to achieve a perfectly accurate combination of colors on a risograph.
- — The cut marks should be in the form of crosses 2-3 mm long along the edges of the label.
- — It is unacceptable to use frames, stripes, etc. as cut marks.
- — Gradient fills and bitmaps must be printed with a resolution of no more than 300 dpi.
- — It is not recommended to use lines less than 0.1 mm, as well as solid fillings and inversions of a large area.
- — When printing a multi-page document, each sheet or page should be numbered on the back with a pencil (if there is no numbering in the layout, which is preferable).
