Terms of return of goods
1. The seller (Contractor of the order) is located at: 620041, Yekaterinburg, Sovetskaya St., 39
2. Product quality claims are accepted within 7 days after the Buyer (Customer) receives the product. The completed Application form is sent electronically to info@l7print.ru or by mail to the address 620041, Yekaterinburg, Sovetskaya St., 39.
3. The item can be returned within 7 calendar days after receiving it.
The return of the product is possible only if the Buyer simultaneously meets the following conditions:
— The product must have a marketable appearance and maintain consumer properties of proper quality before being returned to the seller.
— The Buyer must attach to the Application all documents proving the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods in this store, receipt of the shipped goods at the pick-up point (from the transport company) in undamaged packaging, with confirmation of the date of receipt of the goods. If the goods are damaged during shipment (transportation) by the delivery service, the claim is sent by the Buyer to the delivery service.
— The product supplied in the package is also returned in the package
4. In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 (as amended on 18.07.2019) "On Consumer Rights Protection", the Customer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality having individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
5. The refund (subject to the Buyer's compliance with the requirements of the law on the return of goods) is carried out within 10 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the request issued accordingly. The amount paid by the buyer for the product is subject to refund. If the product was paid with a bank card, the refund will be made to the bank card from which the payment was made.
6. The return of the product is at the expense of the Buyer.
