How to apply thermal adhesive

Place the film face down on a clean, dry cloth. Cover with silicone paper. Heat with a thermal press at 160-170 °C, press for 15-20 seconds. After cooling to 30 ° C, carefully remove the film — the pattern will remain on the fabric. Detailed instructions are attached to the order.

Resistance to washing

The thermal adhesive can withstand 50-80 washing cycles at temperatures up to 40 °C. Recommendations: wash from the inside out, without bleach, dry without heating. You can only iron from the inside out or through the fabric.

Transfer instructions. Simple application: - Print the image on FOREVER Laser-Dark and cut it along the contour (for open images or letters, you can use a cutting plotter with an optical positioning sensor) - Remove the substrate and place the transfer on the T-shirt - Cover the image with silicone paper (or your own substrate) and five sheets of plain printer paper - Close the press for 60 seconds (if you use a pneumatic thermal press) or for 80 seconds (if you use a manual thermal press) - Remove 5 sheets of paper - Wipe the silicone paper with a towel while the print cools down to avoid sticking toner on the silicone paper - Remove the silicone paper - For a softer image of the finished image, slightly stretch the product in width.
