Production dates
The usual runs of 100-500 boxes take 7-10 business days. Urgent — from 3 days with a 30% surcharge. Large batches of 5000+ — 15-20 days with offset printing (cheaper due to scale).
Box layout requirements
Layout in AI or CDR with box scan. All cutting and creasing lines are marked in a separate color. Spans of 3 mm on all external contours. Fonts in curves. The photo is in CMYK, 300 dpi. We will provide a ready-made dieline (cutting drawing) for your size.
The production of boxes with a logo includes several stages. First, you need to develop a design and a logo that will be placed on the box. Then the printing plates and the color scheme for offset printing are prepared. After that, the printing process itself takes place, in which the image is transferred to the surface of the box. After printing, the boxes can be further processed, for example, by lamination or by applying a protective layer. At the end of the production process, the boxes are packed and ready to be shipped to the customer. All these steps are performed using offset printing, which ensures high quality and efficient production of logo boxes.
