3⃣ Jewelry plotter cutting and creasing on Saga
This is the most critical stage! The finished printed sheets go to the Saga cutter (plotter).
Plotter cutting: Automation with jewelry precision cuts the contour of the future folder, including all grooves and technological holes.
Creasing: On the same equipment we apply a fold line (creasing). It's not just bending a sheet — it's carefully pressing the cardboard so that the fold is even, clear, and durable. Without creasing, unsightly creases and cracks appear on the fold.
