Sublimation

Sublimation is the thermal transfer of an image from paper to the surface of a product. The paint under pressure and temperature (180-200°C) penetrates into the fibers of the fabric or into the coating of the mug /plate. The image becomes part of the material — it does not erase, does not crack, does not fade.

Polyester fabrics (T-shirts, shoppers, flags, sports uniforms), polymer-coated mugs, puzzles, mouse pads, metal plaques, key rings, phone cases.

For 100% cotton— no, the paint is not fixed. You need 100% polyester or a blend with at least 80% polyester. For cotton, we use DTF printing, another technology with a similar result.

The sublimation image on the fabric can withstand 50+ washes at 40°C without color loss. Mugs — do not wash off in the dishwasher. Puzzles and mats are not afraid of UV and moisture.
