FAQ

Questions and answers

What are curly labels and how do they differ from regular ones?
Curly labels are self—adhesive labels cut into a special shape along the contour, which allows you to create products of any shape (round, oval, in the shape of a logo, a star, etc.). Unlike rectangular ones, they look more stylish and attract more attention.
What materials do you use to make shaped labels?

We use various types of self-adhesive materials: matte and glossy paper (80-150 g/m2), synthetic materials (polypropylene, vinyl), kraft paper.

Is it possible to create a label based on the shape of my logo?
Yes, this is our specialty! We create curly cut-out shapes based on any provided vector contour. Your logo, symbol, or unique geometric shape can be accurately reproduced as a label.
What printing technologies do you use for curly labels?

We use digital printing for highly detailed images and small print runs, and offset printing for large print runs. Both technologies provide bright, rich colors and clear graphics.

How does the process of cutting curly labels work?

Digital prints are cut on a plotter, and large ones are passed through a special die-cutting press after printing, where the labels are precisely cut along the contour using a steel die (die-cut) created according to your layout. Then the debris (excess material) is removed.

What is the minimum print run of curly labels that can be ordered?

The minimum print run starts from 1 pc. We cut out curly labels on a cutting plotter.

What finishing options are available for curly labels?

We offer: lamination (matt/glossy) to protect against moisture and abrasion.

How does a curly label differ from a regular one?
The curly label has an individual contour that repeats the shape of the image or logo — a circle, oval, star, or silhouette of the brand. The usual labels are rectangular. Curly cutting is done on a plotter or die-cut.
What shapes of curly labels are possible?
Any shape: circles, ovals, complex contours of logos, silhouettes of objects, labels with cutouts and holes. The minimum rounding radius is 2 mm. To cut a complex shape, you will need to make a stamp (included for 500+ copies).
Can I order a small batch of curly labels?
Yes. For print runs of up to 500 pieces, plotter cutting is used (without a separate stamp) — this allows you to produce even 10 pieces without extra charge for tooling. From 500+ pcs, a die-cut stamp is more economical.
