Hardcover Metalbind

Metalbind hardcover.

Hardcover brochure using the Metalbind system.

The cover consists of cardboard and a channel (a metal plate with the edges bent inwards). On special equipment, there is a strong pressure on the steel channel and the cover, the back wall of the channel tilts to fix and hold the pages in the folder. The front faceplate is not deformed. The side stops of the device clearly center the sheets. The high-strength binding is obtained instantly, no time is spent on heating and cooling.

The channel itself can be covered with a textured material or have a cover color, which creates the integrity of the coating.
