The Seventh Legion printing house produces thermoapplications on clothes — elements cut out of a color film, which are transferred to the fabric by a thermal press. It is resistant to washing, bright saturated colors, and there is no feeling of print on the fabric.
How does a thermoapplication differ from a thermal sticker?
Thermal adhesive is a one—piece print on film with any complex design, including photos. Thermoapplication — elements cut out of plain film (letters, numbers, silhouettes, logos). Advantages of the application: it is more durable when washing, "stretches" with the fabric, and breathes.

Sizes and colors
The maximum size of the application is 30×40 cm (limitation of plotter cutting). 50+ film colors are available: from matte base (white, black, red) to metallized (gold, silver) and fluorescent. A separate element can be combined from different colors of films.
Minimum circulation and deadlines
From 1 piece. The typical production time is 1-2 business days for print runs of up to 50 pieces. For large batches of 100+ — 3-5 days. Urgent application "while you wait" — from 1 hour for simple designs.

How to care for clothes with appliques
Wash up to 60 °C from the inside out. Drying is normal. Do not iron directly on the application — only from the inside out or through the fabric. With proper care, the thermoapplication can withstand 100+ washing cycles.
Layout requirements
Vector format — AI, CDR, PDF, SVG. Contours in curves, the minimum line thickness is 1 mm (otherwise it cuts poorly). Fonts are also in curves. The design should be monochrome for each element (if multicolored, each color is a separate film, then they are assembled together on the fabric).
