Working with old and damaged documents
We have experience working with archival documents aged 50+ years. We use non-contact scanning methods and ensure careful handling of fragile materials. If necessary, digital restoration (removal of stains, enhancement of faded lines, restoration of lost fragments).
Confidentiality
We are signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for confidential documents. The files are deleted from our servers after they are transferred to the customer. The work is carried out in a separate room without outsiders.

Types of scanning
- The Seventh Legion printing house uses two types of large format processing:
- monochrome – digitization of monochrome images, black and white photos, drawings;
- color – processing of advertising materials, posters, educational and demonstration materials, which differ in a variety of color shades.
The maximum size of the processed material is limited and is not more than 1066 mm wide and not more than 1 m long. Scan A0 and other non-standard formats are carried out without problems, since all of them do not exceed the set dimensions.
When may a scan be required?
A1 Scan A2 and non-standard formats will be required if a valuable document, map, or large project is available in a single copy that is physically impossible to transport (for example, when traveling to another city). When digitizing, all materials can be stored in a single file: it is convenient to transport it on a flash drive, send it by e-mail, and you can work with it using a graphical program.
