What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is the printing of an image on a special film, after which the image is thermally transferred to the fabric under pressure and temperature. Unlike sublimation, it works on ANY fabric: cotton, polyester, blended, nylon, jersey.
How is DTF better than silkscreen printing?
DTF does not require the preparation of stencils — it is profitable from 1 piece. Silkscreen printing is profitable from 50-100 pcs. DTF allows full-color printing with complex gradients and photographs. Silkscreen printing — only spot colors and simple shapes.
Is DTF suitable for any fabric?
Yes — cotton, polyester, linen, nylon, jersey, mixed. It works on light and dark fabrics (white sublayer automatically). Not suitable: velvet, fur, 100% silk, thick leather.
The durability of DTF printing?
50+ washes at 40°C without loss of quality. The paint is elastic — it stretches along with the fabric, does not crack. UV resistance is high. When washing at 60-90 °C, the service life is shortened.
How much does DTF printing on a T-shirt cost?
White cotton T-shirt + A4 DTF print — from 700 rubles per piece (including the T-shirt itself). A5 print — from 550 ₽. Edition of 20+ pieces — 10-15% discount.
Is it possible to order ready-made DTF stickers for your thermal furnace?
Yes. We print DTF stickers on film and give them ready for self-application. From 5 pieces, format from A6 to A3. Instructions for the thermal press are included.
