Looking for reliable sticker printing in Yekaterinburg? The 'Seventh Legion' printing house has been producing stickers of any complexity since 2011: from simple paper ones to UV stickers with raised varnish. We work with digital, offset, DTF, and risography. Minimum run — from 50 pieces, turnaround — from 1 day. Find out the real cost of your order with a step-by-step calculation.

Why should you order sticker printing from us?
The printing market in Yekaterinburg is dense, but not everyone provides stable quality under tight deadlines. The printing house 'Седьмой Легион' has been operating since 2011 — 15 years of real production experience, not just a date for the website. Address: 39 Sovetskaya St. — city center, which allows resolving issues with layouts and samples in person, without courier delays.
Why do clients come back? Firstly, every order undergoes a free prepress check: a technologist checks color separation, resolution, bleeds, and overprints. Secondly, we honestly state the deadlines and fix them in the contract. If we promise 3 working days, the stickers are ready in 72 hours, not 'by the end of the week'. Thirdly, we have our own fleet: HP Indigo and Konica Minolta AccurioPress digital machines, Mimaki UJF and Roland VersaUV UV plotters, HP Latex and Epson SureColor wide format, DTF complex. The order does not go to a subcontractor with a loss of control.
An important nuance of the local market: many printing houses take on complex print runs but cannot work flexibly with small batches. We, on the other hand, are set up for digital production of small and medium runs. Need 100 stickers for a promotion — we'll do it digitally without a surcharge for the 'minimum'. Need 10,000 labels for ongoing production — we'll calculate roll digital or offset at a partner site (we openly state that sheet-fed offset is subcontracting, not our workshop). Therefore, ordering from us is a predictable result, not a lottery.
What types of stickers we print (digital, UV, large format, DTF)
The choice of technology depends on the print run, material, and operating conditions. Below is an analysis without marketing, so you can orient yourself even before calling a manager.
Digital printing (HP Indigo, Konica Minolta)
Optimal for runs from 50 to 2000 pieces. HP Indigo provides ElectroInk liquid toner with 812×1219 dpi resolution and stable color reproduction even in small fonts (readable from 4 pt). We print on self-adhesive paper 80–90 g/m², matte and glossy polypropylene, and transparent film. Lead time — from 1 business day. Example: for a local coffee shop, we made 300 round stickers on transparent PP with a white backing — delivered in 2 business days.
UV printing (direct, Mimaki UJF and Roland VersaUV)
Ink polymerizes instantly under UV light, so we print directly on rigid materials: PVC, acrylic, metal, wood, glass. Effects like selective spot varnish and soft-touch are available. Minimum order quantity is 1 piece, convenient for pilot batches and promotional items. Example: 20 stickers on aluminum plates for a bike shop — with protective varnish, turnaround time 3 working days.
Large format stickers (HP Latex, Epson SureColor)
For large formats — window stickers, car decals, floor graphics, point-of-sale decorations. HP Latex inks are odorless and suitable for interiors immediately after printing. Media — self-adhesive vinyl (monomeric and cast), Oracal, transparent films, floor graphic films with protective laminate against abrasion. Lead time — from 1 to 3 working days depending on footage and post-processing.
DTF printing (Direct-to-Film)
Thermal transfer technology from film to textiles and complex substrates. Suitable for merch, patches on clothing, bags, caps, corporate uniforms. According to film manufacturers and industry lab tests, with correct transfer the image withstands 40–60 wash cycles at 40 °C. Minimum order quantity — from 10 pieces.
Offset printing is not performed in our workshop — we openly state that for runs of 5–10 thousand labels we involve trusted partners (Komori-RU, sheet-fed machines) and control acceptance. This allows us not to inflate the price for 'our offset' that physically does not exist.
| Method | Circulation | Materials | Lead time (working days) | Price per unit (from) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Digital (HP Indigo / Konica Minolta) | 50–2000 | Paper, PP, transparent film | 1–3 | from 4.5 ₽ |
| UV printing (Mimaki, Roland) | 1–500 | Plastic, metal, wood, glass | 2–5 | from 90 ₽ |
| Large format (HP Latex, Epson) | from 1 m² | Vinyl, Oracal, floor films | 1–3 | from 950 ₽/m² |
| DTF on fabric | from 10 | Film + thermal transfer | 2–4 | from 80 ₽ |
| Offset (partners) | from 5000 | Paper, cardboard, lamination | 5–9 | by calculation |
How to choose material and shape for stickers
The material directly determines durability. For outdoor use, a polymer film (polypropylene or vinyl) with UV-resistant inks and protective laminate is required. For indoor tasks, self-adhesive paper or matte PP is suitable. Vinyl is appropriate where the surface is uneven or exposed to moisture and temperature fluctuations: cars, refrigerators, display cases.
Shape affects price no less than material. Rectangular cutting is cheaper than contour die-cutting: die-cutting adds a plotter cutting operation (we use plotters with optical mark recognition). Contour cutting is justified when a 'no background' effect is needed — especially on transparent film. For regular runs with the same shape, it is more profitable to order a die once; then the unit price drops.
Tip: for budget promotional campaigns — rectangular matte paper with glossy lamination. For the premium segment (cosmetics, craft products, designer brands) — transparent or white cast vinyl with selective UV varnish and contour cutting. We help select the 'material + finish + shape' combination at the calculation stage, without a mandatory meeting.
Step-by-step ordering process
We accept layouts in PDF, AI, CDR, TIFF, PSD. Minimum resolution of raster elements — 300 dpi at actual size, fonts in curves, colors in CMYK (with Pantone indication if brand color accuracy is important). No layout — our designers will prepare it in 1–2 working days from 1,500 ₽.
- Application. Via the form on the l7print.ru website, by mail, or in person at Sovetskaya St., 39.
- Calculation. The manager checks the technical part and sends a fixed estimate within the business day (often within 30–60 minutes).
- Prepress. The technologist checks bleeds (2 mm), overprints, color profile, and the presence of a white underbase on transparent materials.
- Printing. Printing on digital, UV, or wide format. Color control using Fogra/Ugra control strips.
- Post-printing. Lamination, selective varnish, contour die-cutting, stitching/sheet cutting.
- Delivery. Pickup from Sovetskaya St., 39 or courier delivery in Yekaterinburg.
Real example: a local restaurant ordered 150 stickers for refrigeration equipment. They sent a low-resolution JPEG logo — we redrew it in vector and gave the client the source file. The print run was ready in 3 working days.
How much does sticker printing cost in Yekaterinburg
The price consists of four factors: print run, material, shape complexity (whether there is contour die-cutting), and post-print processing (lamination, varnish, white ink). Approximate prices for popular items:
| Sticker type | Circulation | Material | Price per unit, from | Total cost, from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Matte paper, rectangular | 100 pcs. | 90 gsm paper | 6 ₽ | 600 ₽ |
| Polypropylene glossy, contour | 500 pcs. | PP 80 µm | 3,5 ₽ | 1 750 ₽ |
| Transparent vinyl, contour cut | 200 pcs. | Vinyl 100 microns | 8 ₽ | 1 600 ₽ |
| UV on PVC, with volumetric varnish | 50 pcs. | PVC 3 mm | 120 ₽ | 6 000 ₽ |
| DTF on fabric | 100 pcs. | Film + thermal transfer | 85 ₽ | 8 500 ₽ |
Prices are current for 2026 and depend on the current cost of materials — the Russian self-adhesive film market reacts noticeably to the ruble exchange rate and logistics, so the final estimate is fixed at the time of order placement. There are no hidden surcharges for 'urgency' within the standard timeframe: an extra charge is applied only if you request to go beyond the standard production cycle.
Production dates
Standard timelines: digital printing — 1–3 business days, UV printing — 2–5 business days (depends on post-processing), large format — 1–3 days, DTF — 2–4 days. Partner offset from 5000 pcs — 5–9 business days including plate making. Rush orders (e.g., 100 stickers in 24 hours) are possible with a 30% surcharge.
The production uses a stage control system: each job is marked at the stages 'prepress → printing → post-press → QC → delivery'. If we exceed the agreed deadline due to our fault, we compensate 10% of the cost — this is fixed in the terms of work. Pickup — Sovetskaya St., 39, Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00, Sat by appointment.
The staffing reality of the industry (important context for the client)
Printing in the region is currently facing a shortage of qualified printers and pre-press specialists. According to hh.ru, the average salary of a printer in Yekaterinburg is in the range of 45–60 thousand rubles/month, and there are few good specialists. This affects both prices and deadlines across the market. We plan shift loads in advance and maintain a reserve of operators — so we don't miss deadlines, even when neighboring printing houses have a 'technologist on vacation'.
