What types of vinyl stickers do you produce and where are they used?

We produce interior stickers (HP Latex printing up to 1600 mm) for indoor use and large-format stickers (solvent printing up to 3200 mm) for outdoor use. Stickers are used for advertising on vehicles, storefronts, windows, walls, and commercial equipment. The minimum print run starts from 1 pc. Calculate the cost in our online calculator. 

How do I calculate the cost of vinyl stickers?

To calculate the cost, use our online calculator. Specify the size, type of film (Orajet white/transparent, matte/glossy, perforated), the print run and the need for curly cutting. The calculator will automatically show the total price.

What types of Orajet vinyl film do you use?
We work with professional Orajet film: opaque white (for bright colors), transparent (for glass stickers), matte (anti-glare), glossy (with saturated colors), perforated (for windows and storefronts with an inside view). All films have a high-quality adhesive base.
What is the difference between interior and outdoor sticker printing?
HP Latex interior printing (up to 1600 mm) is eco-friendly, odorless, and indoor. Outdoor solvent printing (up to 3200 mm) - resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, moisture. The choice of technology depends on the location of the sticker.
What is a perforated film and where is it used?
The perforated Orajet film has micro-holes that allow you to see from the inside of the room to the outside, while a full-color image is visible from the outside. Ideal for shop windows, storefronts, and vehicle glazing.
What types of post-printing do you offer for stickers?
We perform plotter curly cutting of any complexity along the contour of your design, an incision for easy removal of the substrate, as well as manual cutting for simple shapes. This allows you to create stickers of complex shapes and multicolored applications.
How durable are outdoor vinyl decals?
The service life of Orajet solvent-printed street stickers is 3-5 years, depending on the operating conditions. They are resistant to fading, moisture, temperature changes and mechanical influences.
How do I prepare a layout for a vinyl sticker?
The layout should be in vector format (PDF, AI, EPS) with contours for cutting. The resolution for raster elements is at least 150 dpi. Be sure to specify the cut lines in a separate color. Our designers can check and refine the layout for free.
What is an incision and what is it used for?
An incision is a shallow cut through only the top layer of the film without damaging the substrate. It facilitates the installation process, allowing you to easily separate small elements from the substrate and accurately position the sticker on the surface.
How to glue vinyl stickers correctly?
Clean the surface from dust and degrease. Remove part of the backing, fix the sticker, then gradually removing the backing, smooth the film with a squeegee from the center to the edges. For large stickers, we use a mounting film.
Is it possible to remove the sticker without traces?
Yes, high-quality Orajet films are removed without traces of glue within 3-5 years. To remove it, heat the sticker with a hair dryer and carefully peel it off. Remove the remaining glue with a special cleaner.
Do you provide sticker installation services?

No, the installation work is performed by a contractor.

What surfaces can vinyl stickers be applied to?
Stickers can be applied to smooth, clean surfaces: glass, metal, plastic, ceramics, wood, wall panels. The surface must be dry, free of grease and undamaged.
What is the minimum print run of vinyl stickers?

The minimum order quantity is from 1 piece or 1 sq.m.

How long does it take to produce stickers?
The standard deadline is 1-2 business days after the layout is approved. For complex curly cutting and large print runs - up to 3 days. Urgent production is possible in 24 hours.
Is it possible to make stickers with variable data?
Yes, we print stickers with variable data (numbers, QR codes, individual text) for identification systems, events and promotions.
Is it possible to make a sticker on the weekend?
